Terms for Motor Web Agency website subscriptions. Your written proposal confirms the selected plan, billing frequency, scope and delivery schedule.
1. Our services
Motor Web Agency is Stefan Lenta’s website design and local SEO service for businesses. These terms apply to business customers purchasing services for their trade or profession. An enquiry alone does not place an order.
The project starts when you accept the written proposal and pay the agreed initial invoice. Any project-specific terms expressly agreed in that proposal take priority over these standard terms. Mandatory rights are unaffected.
2. Packages and project scope
Starter is £8/month or £76.80/year. Booking is £25/month or £240/year. Growth is £79/month or £758.40/year. Yearly prices include a 20% saving and are paid annually in advance.
Starter includes one page. Booking includes up to four main pages and five area pages, Google Calendar booking and email confirmations. Growth includes the same four main pages and booking features, a blog system, up to 30 area pages and call/WhatsApp links. Area-page allowances are maximums and cover genuine service areas.
3. Payments and delivery
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Yearly subscriptions are billed for 12 months in advance at 20% less than 12 monthly payments. The written proposal confirms the total, any applicable tax and any agreed extras before you order.
We agree the initial website delivery schedule and revision allowance in your proposal. Work begins after acceptance, the agreed first payment and receipt of the business information and account access needed for the build.
4. Content and approvals
We write the agreed website copy from the information you provide. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of your services, prices, qualifications, working areas and other business facts before launch. You must have permission to use any images, logos or materials you supply.
Professional photography, translations, specialist legal advice and third-party subscriptions are not included in the standard website prices. We identify any additional services in the proposal. Work shown as a design concept is illustrative and does not represent a completed client project or measured result.
5. Ownership and handover
Your domain and the materials you supply remain yours. The proposal sets out the rights to bespoke design, copy and code and any export or handover arrangements. Third-party software and provider services retain their own licences.
The subscription includes hosting while the plan is active. If you leave, we agree the service end date and any content export, website handover or migration work in writing.
6. Hosting and included features
Hosting and SSL are included in every active website subscription. Domain registration and renewals, business email, paid provider services and custom integrations are separate unless expressly included in your proposal.
Booking and Growth include Google Calendar booking and booking confirmation emails. You provide the required account access and approve appointment settings. Growth includes a blog publishing system and call/WhatsApp links. Ongoing blog writing, paid advertising, automated SMS and messaging usage fees are outside the standard plans.
7. Changes and cancellation
Contact us before your next renewal if you want to stop renewal or discuss a different plan. Monthly plans are billed by the month; yearly plans cover 12 months paid in advance. We confirm the end date and any handover arrangements in writing.
Any cancellation during initial build work, refund or change to an already-paid period is handled under your written proposal and applicable rights. No new migration, extra work or restart charge is added without agreement.
8. Third-party connections and results
Booking and data connections depend on supported provider functions, access and account permissions. We check compatibility before confirming connected work. If the intended connection is unavailable, we offer a revised scope and price rather than charging for an undelivered connection.
Provider charges and transaction fees are separate. Search engines and third-party platforms control their own services and policies. We do not guarantee search positions, enquiry volumes, uninterrupted third-party availability or a perfect performance score.
9. Problems and liability
Tell us promptly if the delivered work does not match the agreed scope so we can investigate and put it right. Please include the page, the problem and the result you expected. We aim to resolve concerns directly and fairly.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not use these standard terms to remove mandatory rights. Any additional project-specific liability provisions must be set out in your written agreement.
