A website that makes
booking make sense.

A design study in explaining test services and guiding a customer into the right booking enquiry, while keeping the workshop diary in control.

01 / VEHICLE & SERVICE

Let’s start with the car.

What would you like to book?

Sample details only. Your connected website can identify a vehicle from its registration.

Interactive example. Nothing is booked or sent. Booking and Growth include Google Calendar booking and confirmation emails; vehicle-data connections are separately quoted.

What makes the design useful

A clear next step.
At every step.

01

Keep the test information specific.

Test classes, prices and arrival details each have a clear place in this layout. Customers can check whether their vehicle is accepted before sending a request. For your website, we fill those sections with your centre’s services and pricing.

02

Give each booking state a name.

The journey separates vehicle details, a preferred date and the request confirmation. Customers understand when their enquiry has been received and when an appointment is booked. A supported live booking connection can replace the request step when included in your package.

03

Add data only when it improves the journey.

A live MOT lookup can support the enquiry, but it requires provider access, credential handling and a usable fallback when data cannot be retrieved. This concept demonstrates the customer journey. The screen shown is illustrative. Our DVLA/DVSA integrations and automated reminders are available as separately scoped additions; other garage-management connections require a compatibility review.

Another direction / MOT & service centre

The booking-led website.

A booking-led site for an MOT centre. The appointment journey sits next to the service information, with room for directions and practical details before the visit.

  • A prominent route into booking
  • Service and MOT options together
  • Workshop arrival information

Design concept with illustrative photography. Example content and controls, not a completed client project.

Your diary.
Your booking process.
Your website.

A booking request or a supported live connection: we agree the right option before the build.
